Toa Re collects two categories of Personal information: (1) Personal Information collected directly from insurance companies in the course of providing our services to insurance companies and (2) Personal Information from employees, owners, directors, officers, and contractors of another company when doing business with Toa Re (“Business-to-Business Personal Information”). To the extent you are insured and we received your information from your insurance company, you do not currently have rights to make requests under CCPA. Your insurance company may be required to provide you certain privacy rights under federal and state law. If you would like a copy of your privacy rights under such laws, please contact your insurance company directly. To the extent you are an individual providing Toa Re Business-to-Business Personal Information, you do not currently have rights under CCPA. Toa Re will update this Privacy Policy related to such rights if or when they become available.

Third-party Marketing and Selling. We do not provide your information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not sell or intend to sell your Personal Information to third parties without providing you notice and an opportunity to opt out.

Do Not Track. We may collect information about your usage and activity through cookies. Our website does not recognize “Do Not Track” browser signals.
